OUR FOUNDERS

Frédéric Roscop

Founder & CEO

Frédéric Roscop is widely recognised as one of the most influential osteopaths of his generation having been named among the Top 100 Global Leaders in Healthcare and Osteopath of the Year. With more than 27 years of clinical practice in London, he has personally treated over 10,000 patients across four continents - from Olympic athletes and world-class performers to corporate leaders and patients with complex chronic conditions. Frédéric is also a scientist with over 10 years focusing on biophysics.

Accolades: Named Osteopath of the Year and listed among the Top 100 Influential Global Leaders in Healthcare.

Educator & Thought Leader: International lecturer and teacher of practitioners across Europe, Asia, and Africa, training the next generation of health professionals.

Unique Insight: His defining observation, drawn from decades of hands-on practice, is that chemistry alone cannot explain health. Physics - the forces and fields governing life at the molecular and cellular level - is equally fundamental.

Today, Roscop leads AEQUIL® Science and AEQUIL® with a mission to redefine how people, industries, and ecosystems approach health: not as isolated problems, but as systems that thrive when matter and energy are brought into balance.

Marie-Valérie Moreno

Director of R&D

Marie-Valérie Moreno holds a master’s degree in engineering and a doctorate in biomedical sciences, with over 20 years of pioneering research and more than 60 peer-reviewed scientific publications spanning biomedical engineering and biophysics. She is recognised for her work developing sensors, algorithms, and imaging systems that translate subtle biological signals into meaningful, actionable data.

Her academic and scientific career includes positions of responsibility and collaborations with leading institutions such as the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, Amiens University Hospital, the Hospices Civils de Lyon, the University of Ottawa, and the University of Taipei.

Her major contributions include the development of biomedical systems for thrombosis monitoring, cancer screening, and advanced muscle and ocular examinations. She was named Researcher of the Year in 2025 for her innovations in biomedical technology.

Within AEQUIL® Science, Marie-Valérie leads the AEQUIL® Science Lab, where she oversees the development of the electronic OEM, drives reproducibility optimisation, and builds the patented library of programmable fields that forms the company’s core competitive advantage.
